VEMA Deconstruction

A deconstruction contractor that dismantles buildings by hand instead of demolishing them, salvaging reusable materials (Douglas fir and other lumber, metal, brick, appliances, cabinets, furniture) and diverting them from landfill. Recovered stock is donated to charities, made available as affordable materials to the community, and manufactured into prefabricated wall panels.

They primarily sell to Asset Owners/Investors with a promise to improve outcomes on circularity, climate, $$$, and social impact.

It touches one phase of the supply chain with a product that is barely digital.
